Seriously takes less than 5 minutes! This is one of those recipes we thought didn't sounds so great but we thought we give a try once. We love it! We have this probably once a week now.
Served this with Pork Chop Suey
Ingredients
2 teaspoon oil, canola2 pounds bok choy, cut into 1-inch wide strips, can also use Napa cabbage
2 tablespoon soy sauce, reduced-sodium
1 tablespoon vinegar, rice wine
2 teaspoon oil, sesame
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted in a small dry skillet over medium-high heat until golden, about 2 minutes
